Files and table data are handled through the access controls and workspace settings available in the product. We use retention and cleanup controls where available, so information does not stay longer than needed for product operation, support, or legal requirements.

We do not sell customer data. We may use service providers only where needed to run infrastructure, authentication, storage, billing, email, document processing, and other product operations.
Your Controls
Workspace admins control member access and can manage many operational settings inside the app. You can also request updates to account information or privacy questions through support channels.
